Appointment Terms and Conditions
I am honored to work with you.
You may already be familiar with virtual appointments, but let’s discuss what your appointment might entail. Please note that by scheduling your appointment, you agree to the Client Waiver detailed below.
1. Introduction
Please read this document carefully before accepting it. By purchasing your appointment, you are accepting this Patricia Bohl Services Agreement and entering into a legally binding contract. Consider carefully whether this Agreement is right for you, and contact me if you have any concerns. If any part of this Agreement is unclear, please seek independent advice to fully understand your rights and obligations. My aim is to equip you to care for your own health and support your body’s capacity to shift and thrive.
Wellness is a dynamic journey that goes beyond physical health. I work with individuals who are ready to tackle underlying challenges and embrace comprehensive, positive change in all areas of life. We focus on transforming not just your health, but also your financial goals and relationships. If you’re prepared to invest the time and commitment to achieve new goals and elevate your overall well-being, then this appointment is the perfect fit for you.
I am not a licensed medical professional. I am certified as a Holistic Intuitive Practitioner, and my work is designed to support your body’s own healing intelligence through holistic tools and insight.
By purchasing your appointment, you acknowledge and agree that I do NOT Diagnose, Prescribe, Treat, or Heal.
This is not medical care, and you should discuss with your physician any nutritional or lifestyle support you choose to pursue.
2. What to expect in our sessions
Our sessions take place online via Zoom. Please ensure you have a quiet, private space where you can speak freely, be present, and feel at ease. A stable internet connection and a device with video and audio are necessary for us to work together effectively.
Sessions are not recorded. If you wish to record your session for personal reference, please let me know before the appointment so we can discuss whether that feels appropriate.
Each session is unique and responsive to your needs that day. We may explore your physical symptoms, emotional patterns, life themes, energetic blocks, and limiting beliefs — often through intuitive inquiry, muscle testing, and imagery or inner guidance techniques.
I may use tools and frameworks drawn from functional nutrition, therapeutic imagery, Human Design, the Gene Keys, and methods taught in the Holistic Intuitive Practitioner approach. You are always welcome to ask questions, share resistance, or guide the focus based on what feels most alive for you.
This work engages the subtle layers of your being — emotional, energetic, somatic, and spiritual. While some shifts may feel immediate and tangible, others may unfold gradually over time. You may experience emotional release, clarity, increased sensitivity, or even temporary discomfort as your system rebalances. I encourage you to allow space after our session to integrate what arises.
Please bring a journal, a glass of water, and any test results or materials you’d like me to reference.
This work is collaborative. You are the expert on your body and your experience — my role is to help you listen more deeply to that inner intelligence.
After your session, I recommend gentle movement, journaling, quiet reflection, or time in nature to help your system integrate. If something urgent arises between sessions, you are welcome to reach out, and I’ll respond within 48 hours on business days.
3. Appointment procedure
In our first appointment, I will ask you some background questions, including whether you would like to discuss lab results, genetic testing, or any other information you consider important for achieving your goals.
NOTE: I do not Prescribe, Diagnose, Treat, or Heal. I will discuss your current goals and concerns with you.
Next, we will explore your personal, emotional, and physical health goals. Although I do not Prescribe, Diagnose, Treat, or Heal, I will work with you to identify your objectives and explore the underlying reasons your body may not yet be achieving them. We will then use a Biofeedback/ Muscle Testing—a unique approach gaining attention in both allopathic and naturopathic fields—to delve into your personal story and facilitate a shift in your neural pathways.
Please log in a few minutes early to settle in, test your audio/video, and create a supportive space for yourself.
I encourage you to take notes during the session to help connect the insights from the biofeedback process with your overall health journey.
4. Client participation
I am passionate about supporting you on your journey. Please reflect on the changes in your daily life you are willing to make to achieve your goals. Even the best plans require consistent implementation. Consider the following topics before your appointment to identify areas where change may be needed:
- Changing home water filtration
- Reevaluating supplement use
- Cooking and/or meal prepping
- Switching soaps, detergents, and supplements
- Reducing blue light exposure or using blue-blocking glasses in the evening
- Exploring biohacking approaches
- Shifting from a standard diet to a cellular-level, metabolic approach that nourishes your cells
- Incorporating mindfulness practises
- Journaling
While I will offer my full presence, experience, and intuition, your outcomes depend on your readiness, willingness to take aligned action, and trust in your body’s wisdom.
5. Client Suitability
My services are not suitable for everyone. I work best with individuals who are stable, proactive, and ready to explore the deeper roots of their physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
At this time, I do not work with:
- Individuals in acute medical crisis or those requiring urgent medical care
- Individuals currently undergoing treatment for substance abuse or addiction, unless they are in a stable, long-term recovery process
- Individuals experiencing active psychiatric conditions that require clinical intervention
These boundaries are in place to ensure that I can offer the most aligned and supportive care possible within the scope of my practice. If you are unsure whether this work is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking.
6. Asking questions between sessions
If you have any questions between appointments regarding topics we have already discussed, I am happy to provide brief answers. I will not Diagnose, Prescribe, Treat, or Heal outside the context of your scheduled appointment. For inquiries about specific supplements, foods, or health approaches, please address these during your appointment so we can discuss your individual needs.
7. Cancellation and refund policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. I will provide you with a credit for a future session at a more convenient time. As a small business, I do not offer refunds.
8. Limitation of liability
By participating in your appointment, you agree not to hold me liable for any costs, losses, injuries, or damages that might occur as a result of our work together. This includes releasing me from any legal costs incurred. You further agree that your participation—including any activities undertaken as a result of our session—is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you have independently researched any risks and have made a conscious decision to proceed. Should any portion of this clause be deemed unenforceable, my total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid under this Agreement.
9. Intellectual property
You agree not to share any health approaches, handouts, instructions, guides, eBooks, courses, course materials, research, or other proprietary information without first obtaining written permission from Patricia Bohl. I reserve all rights to the proprietary materials and information provided to you.
10. Dispute resolution
Mutual Non-Disparagement: We agree not to publicly or privately disparage one another. Both parties shall act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication that may interfere with each other’s business or personal interests.
Thank you for choosing to work with me. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better health, financial goals, and enriched relationships.
